Refund Policy

Where a Zatpat Solutions product offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends and you actively choose to continue on a paid plan.

You may cancel any Zatpat Solutions subscription at any time from within that product. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine billing errors or service issues reported within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are not provided for partial use of a billing period.

To request a refund, contact hello@zatpatsolutions.com with your account details and the product concerned. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

One-time setup fees, custom development work, and hardware purchases (such as thermal printers) are non-refundable once delivered.
